Never Enough

There's a quiet voice that never leaves. No matter how hard you try, how far you push — it keeps whispering: not enough. Not smart enough. Not thin enough. Not lovable enough. You keep trying to earn something everyone else seems to have been given for free.

Self-Worth

The Shape-Shifter

Everyone's happiness comes before yours — always. You adjust, accommodate, shrink. You can feel yourself doing it and you can't stop. Because underneath is a terror: what if they see who you really are? So you keep hiding in plain sight.

People-Pleasing

The Anxiety That Never Sleeps

Your brain won't shut off. You lie awake scanning every scenario — predicting, preparing, bracing for threats that never arrive. Jaw clenched, stomach in knots. You try to think your way to safety. But the danger isn't out there. It's the feeling you can never let your guard down.

Hypervigilance

Stranger in Your Own Body

You can't tell if you're hungry or anxious. Tired or sad. Angry or numb. The connection between you and your body has gone silent. You don't know what you want, what you need, what you feel. That signal went offline so long ago you forgot it was ever there.

Disconnection

At War With Yourself

The emotions — tamed. The thoughts — controlled. The appetite — suppressed. The tiredness — overridden. You call it discipline. But what you're really doing is fighting your own biology. And the part of you that's fighting? It's also the part that's bleeding.

Self-Control

After the Crash

You left — or it fell apart. The relationship, the career, the country, the chapter that was your whole identity. Now there's a blank space where your life used to be. You don't know who you are without it — or how to start from scratch.

Rebuilding

You don't have to keep living like this.

Tell Me What's Going On
The Shift
Reacting
Creating

Most of your life is running on autopilot. The thoughts you think, the way you react, the way you cope when things get hard — most of it isn't a choice. It's a programme you picked up a very long time ago and are completely unaware of.

That shift, from surviving to choosing, doesn't come from reading another self-help book or journaling your way through it. It comes from rewiring the patterns that are running the show underneath. The beliefs you don't even know you're carrying. The programming that was written before you had any say in it.

And that is what this work is — cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, rapid transformational therapy, and somatic release. Three modalities that reach the pattern everywhere it lives.

You already know the answer.
You just can't feel it yet.

You probably already know what's wrong. That's not the problem.

You can see the pattern. Maybe you've named it. Maybe you catch yourself mid-spiral, mid-people-please, mid-“why did I just say yes to that.” You understand it. And yet it still runs. That's not a willpower problem. It's a wiring problem.

Your logical mind gets it. It's smart. It reads the books, does the therapy, journals, reflects. But the part of you that flinches, that people-pleases, that spirals at 2am — that part doesn't speak logic. It was wired before you had words. And it doesn't update through understanding. It responds to pattern, repetition, and feeling.

Which means you can know you're enough and still not feel it. You can see exactly what you're doing and still not be able to stop. That gap between what you know and what you feel — that's not a sign you need more awareness. That's your subconscious running a programme your conscious mind can't override.

This work goes to the source.

"You can know you're enough and still not feel it. That gap is where this work lives."
The Gap
Know ≠ Feel
Understanding your patterns doesn't change them. That's not a failure of intelligence — it's a feature of how the subconscious works. Your thinking mind analyses. Your subconscious automates. They speak different languages. This work bridges that gap.
Veronika Naumchak — hypnotherapist and somatic coach

I teach what I had to learn the hard way.

You don't need someone who studied your problems in a textbook. You need someone with the clinical training and the lived proof — someone who's been where you are and built herself back from it. Someone who isn't just teaching transformation. She's living it.

I've been the woman at war with her own body. The one who shrunk herself into a shape she was never meant to fit. Who handed her entire identity to a relationship and watched it dismantle her, piece by piece. I rebuilt from scratch — over and over — until I stopped performing who everyone else needed me to be and figured out who I actually am. That's what I teach now. Not just how to heal — how to stop abandoning yourself every time life gets loud.

If you're reading this and something's clicking — if you're seeing the patterns you've been living inside — that's not nothing. That's the first step off autopilot.

Five phases. One transformation.

01
Notice
See what's been running on autopilot — your thoughts, your loops, your stuck points. Not to analyse endlessly, but to name what's been unnamed so we can work with it directly.
02
Feel
Reconnect with your body. Learn to hear what you've been ignoring and avoiding. Stop fighting the body and start listening to it.
03
Release
Let go of the unprocessed emotional charge your body has been holding. Finish the loop that started — so you stop carrying what's already over.
04
Rewire
Replace the old programming with new wiring — beliefs, rules, identity. New patterns installed at the subconscious level through hypnotic embedding and cognitive restructuring.
05
Become
Act from the new wiring. Embody it daily. The shift becomes permanent when you live it — not just understand it.
"Insight gets you to the door. This work walks you through it."

01
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
CBH is the backbone of everything I do. It combines clinical hypnotherapy with CBT and mindfulness — so we're working with your conscious mind and your subconscious at the same time. It sticks because you don't just understand your patterns intellectually — you rewire them at the level where they actually live.
02
Rapid Transformational Therapy
RTT gets to the root. Instead of managing symptoms for months, we go straight to the origin — the moment a belief was formed, the decision your younger self made to survive. Once you see it clearly, it loses its grip. Precise and direct.
03
Somatic Release Work
Trauma doesn't just live in your thoughts — it lives in your body. The tight jaw, the knot in your stomach, the tension you can't explain. Talk therapy alone can't reach that. Somatic work goes directly to where your nervous system is holding on, and helps it finally let go. I don't just work with your mind. I work with your whole system.
Real client stories are coming. This practice is new — and I'd rather show you nothing than show you something manufactured.
Testimonials will appear here as clients share their experiences.

This is where it starts.

We start with a short intake form. You tell me what's going on — honestly, in whatever words you have for it.

I'll review it personally and get back to you if it's the right fit. From there, we schedule a free 15-minute call — you tell me what you're dealing with, I tell you how this work can help, and we make sure we're on the same page before going any further.

Then we book an initial consultation. That's where we go deeper — what exactly the problem is, what you want to achieve, which modalities are right for your situation. I build a treatment plan around you: how we work together, what the approach looks like, and roughly how many sessions it will take.

This isn't open-ended therapy. It's a clear clinical methodology for getting you from point A to point B.

Sessions online worldwide.

This Is For You If
You're tired of...

A few sentences is enough. We'll explore everything properly together.
I'll respond within 48 hours. If we're a fit, I'll invite you to a 15-minute intro call.
We start with an initial consultation — a full clinical intake where I assess what's going on, map the beliefs and patterns driving it, and build a personalised treatment plan. You'll understand exactly what we're working on, why, and how we'll approach it before we begin.

Each treatment session after that follows a structured arc: we check in on how the week has been, review any between-session work, then move into the main therapeutic intervention — which could be cognitive restructuring, behavioural work, or imagery, depending on what phase we're in. Where appropriate, sessions include a hypnosis component to install and reinforce new beliefs at a subconscious level. We close with a summary and I assign specific homework — self-hypnosis recordings, thought tracking, or real-world experiments — because the work between sessions matters as much as the session itself. Sessions are 60 minutes. See the full method →
The backbone is cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy (CBH) — an evidence-based clinical framework that integrates CBT (structured cognitive and behavioural tools) with clinical hypnosis. Research shows that the average client receiving CBT combined with hypnosis improved more than approximately 70% of clients receiving CBT alone (Kirsch et al., 1995). CBH provides the structure: identifying the beliefs driving your patterns, disputing them with precision, and then using hypnosis to install the new beliefs at the subconscious level — bridging the gap between what you know and what you actually feel.

Alongside CBH, I draw on RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy®) when regression to root-cause moments is the right tool, and somatic release work for what the body is holding that the mind can't reach. These three modalities integrate into The Inner Shift Method.

As for hypnosis itself: it's a state of focused, relaxed attention — not unconsciousness, not a stage trick. You're fully aware and in complete control throughout. Most people describe it as the most focused they've ever felt.
It depends on what we're working on and how deep the roots go. Some patterns shift in a few sessions, others need more time. We map this out together during your initial consultation — I build a personalised treatment plan so you know exactly what we're doing and roughly how long it takes. I won't keep you in sessions you don't need. The goal is to make you your own therapist, not to create dependency.
This is complementary therapy using evidence-based modalities — CBH, RTT, CBT, and somatic processing. It is not psychotherapy or psychiatry, and does not replace medical or psychiatric treatment. Think of it as clinically grounded, structured work designed to get you from point A to point B. Everything you share is completely confidential.
All sessions happen over video call — you can be anywhere in the world. You'll need a quiet space, a stable connection, and headphones. Hypnotherapy and somatic work translate fully online — what matters is the internal state, not the physical room. Most clients find that being in their own space actually makes the work easier to access.
I personally review every submission within 48 hours. If this work is a fit for what you're describing, I'll invite you to a free 15-minute intro call — you tell me what's going on, I explain how this work addresses it, and we make sure we're on the same page. If it isn't the right fit, I'll tell you honestly. No pressure, no sales pitch.
The 15-minute intro call is free — no obligation. The initial consultation is CHF 60 and covers a full intake, clinical conceptualisation, and your personalised treatment plan. Therapy sessions are CHF 120 each (60 minutes). You'll know exactly what to expect before we begin — no hidden costs, no surprises.
